The City of Laredo Public Health Department wishes to submit a Letter of Intent to the Ardmore Institute of Health for the Laredo Lifestyle Medicine Consortium Program. This initiative aims to create healthy environments and lifestyles that provide equitable and effective methods to prevent, treat, and reverse chronic diseases. Through this opportunity the City of Laredo Public Health Department seeks to help transform the way people are cared by establishing Lifestyle Medicine and Whole Person Care as integral components of the healthcare delivery system.
