PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION
On July 21, 2025, City Council approved of the selection of the top ranked consultant Slay Architecture, Laredo, Texas for the RFQ FY25-ENG-11 Health Department Building Improvements Project; and authorization to negotiate a professional services contract. A total of (5) firms responded to the request for qualifications and (3) firms presented before the evaluation committee on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. The committee recommends the selection of Slay Architecture, Laredo, Texas. There is no financial impact at this time.
