BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo Plaza Theatre is an existing movie theatre building located in downtown Laredo, Texas. The scope of work for the plaza theatre envelope & facade enhancements involves the contractor to repair and rehabilitate the exterior and envelope of the plaza theatre.
A total of four (4) electronic bids were received at the City Secretary’s office on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. which were publicly opened, read and taken advertisement on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. Of the four (4) bids, all four (4) bidders included all of the required documentation (including Bid Bonds).
