BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo Public Health Department seeks to continue its partnership with the South Texas Development Council (STDC) to continue to provide eligible participants comprehensive housing rental assistance, and/or utility payment assistance to meet the needs of low-income persons with HIV/AIDS in the Health Services Delivery Area which include the counties of Jim Hogg, Starr, Webb, and Zapata.
