BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing professional civil engineering, and surveying services, by Texas licensed professionals, including but not limited to prepare surveys, preliminary design, final design, construction documents, procurement services, bid documents, specifications, cost estimates, construction administration and project acceptance for the completion of the Buenavista ROW Dedication Plat located at Buena Vista Sports Complex. Consultants are cautioned to refer to other sections of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packet for further details.
