An Ordinance ratifying the authority of the City Manager, or designee, to execute all necessary documents granting two easements to AEP, Texas, Inc. (AEP). The easements are described as follows: Easement (1) a 0.03-acre tract with an estimated Intangible asset value at $3,137.00 and Easement (2) a 0.34-acre tract with an estimated Intangible asset value at $35,545.00. Both easements are located over and across Lot 1, Block 1 Avanti Legacy Rosewood Plat recorded in Volume 42, Page 72, Webb County, Texas as depicted in Exhibit A, B and C attached and made part herein.
