BACKGROUND

The City issued IFB 2026-018 for the replacement of the cooling tower at the Hamilton Apartment. A total of four bids were received and opened in accordance with the bid specifications. The bids received were as follows:

South Texas AirCoil Solutions - $225,836.00

ABBA Construction, LLC - $421,148.00

LPC Services (LCP Industries LLC) - $645,336.00

360 General Contractors, LLC - $752,623.94

South Texas AirCoil Solutions submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid that meets the project requirements.
