BACKGROUND
On December 15, 2025 the U.S. Department of Transportation released a grant opportunity under the FY 2026 Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Grant program. This cycle will fund project that will have a significant local or regional impact and improve transportation infrastructure.
