Total annual costs for Year (1) one $124,000; Year (2) $45,000; Year (3) three $45,000; Year (4) four $45,000; for a total amount not to exceed $259,000. Funding is available in the Public Health Department Fund.

Summary of alignment: The acquisition of the Environmental Health Solutions Software from Citizenserve aligns strongly with the Viva Laredo Comprehensive Plan’s goals for environmental health and responsive governance. The software will enhance the City of Laredo Public Health Department’s ability to monitor, inspect, and enforce regulations related to food safety, environmental hazards, and the built environment.

BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo went out on formal Request For Proposal - FY25-056 solicitations and received (5) five proposals through Cit-E-Bid for the management of the purchase of Environmental Health Solutions Software for the City of Laredo. The top (3) three vendors were evaluated. This contract will be awarded utilizing best value evaluation criteria. Proposals were evaluated and ranked by a selection committee. A recommendation is being presented to award this contract to Citizenserve located at 1101 E Warner Rd. Suite 160 Tempe, Arizona 85284 for the purchase of the Environmental Health Solutions Software for the City of Laredo Public Health Department - Environmental Division.
