Consideration to authorize the City Manager to approve a telepsychiatry consultation services agreement with US Televero Health PA located at 6101 W. Courtyard Drive, Suite 2-225, Austin, Texas 78730 for the City of Laredo Public Health Department - Primary Care Services Program in the total amount of $80,000 for the term of October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. Funding is available in the Laredo Public Health Department - General Fund.

BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo Public Health Department, Primary Care Services Program wishes to contract with US Televero Health PA to be able to provide prescheduled psychiatric services via Televero Health EHR that result in increased access to care, continuity of care, comfort and privacy, and enhanced safety for individuals counseled into treatment.
