BACKGROUND

The City of Laredo Public Health Department is continuing its contract with the Health and Human Services Commission for the continuation of the Healthy Texas Women (HTW) Project Grant. Through the Healthy Texas Women (HTW) program, the City of Laredo Public Health Department provides patient care, preventative health care services for women under the 200% Federal Poverty Level and between the ages of 15 to 44 years old to enhance health care access, early detection and prevention for women.
