Summary of alignment: This initiative supports the Viva Laredo Plan by ensuring completion of all required landfill reports, which are critical for continued landfill operations, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance.

BACKGROUND

SCS Engineers has been doing the landfill reports for over 19 years, we have never had any issues or problems with them they keep us in compliance with TCEQ. The following are the tasks SCS does for the landfill every year Task 1 Title V Reporting, Task 2 - Semi-Annual NSPS/NESHAP Reporting;• Task 3 - Emission Inventory/Fee Support;• Task 4 - GHG Reporting;• Task 5 - Routine OM&M Services;• Task 6 - Follow-up GCCS Services;• Task 7 - Routine Quarterly SEM;• Task 8 - Follow-Up SEM Monitoring;• Task 9 - Non-Routine OM&M Service;• Task 10 - Groundwater Monitoring Well Sampling and Reporting; and• Task 11 - Verification Groundwater Sampling Task 12 - Updating the Closure and Post-Closure Cost Estimates. Task 13 Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) updates
