BACKGROUND

The cul-de-sac was dedicated by plat in document #1487060 and it was required for the turnaround of emergency vehicles. The cul-de-sac will become obsolete upon the approval of D&J Alexander Commercial Phase 15 Garden Homes Plat. The new plat configures the extension of Arthur Miller Court and the cul-de-sac will not utilized.
