PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION
On October 6, 2025, City Council approved the selection of the top ranked consultant for the RFQ FY25-ENG-37 Buena Vista ROW Dedication Plat Project; and authorization to negotiate a professional services contract. A total of (3) firms responded to the request for qualifications Thursday, September 4, 2025. The committee recommends the selection of Crane Engineering.
BACKGROUND
Crane Engineering proposes to provide preliminary and final platting, design, TxDOTpermitting, and construction phase services for the Buena Vista street improvements project including geotechnical and environmental studies to comply with City OSS requirements.
