BACKGROUND
A 12” line running perpendicular under IH-35 towards W Village Blvd was CCTV and determined to be past critical condition. Heavy groundwater presence, broken and exposed pipe, and active tunnel caving has been identified which is threatening the structural integrity of the frontage road.
