A resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to accept the charitable donation of approximately 7.48 acres of land, situated in the J.C. Garcia Survey, Porción no. 17, Abstract no. 52, and the J. De Bustamante Survey, Porción no. 18, abstract no. 21, Webb County, Texas, being a portion of a called 252.0-acre tract, from Killam Ranch Properties, LTD., for Parcel 1 of the Vallecillo Road Project; said property having an appraised value of $3,945,617 and being more particularly described and depicted in the attached exhibit “a,” consisting of the legal description and survey. Authorizing the execution of the donation agreement and necessary conveyance documents; and providing for an effective date.
