Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance (Map) of the City of Laredo by rezoning Lots 3 and 4, Block 493, Eastern Division, located at 219 East Taylor Street, from R-3 (Mixed Residential District) to B-1 (Limited Business District).
The applicant has amended the original zoning request from B-3 to B-1 zoning.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the proposed zone change for a B-3 zoning. Staff does not support the B-3 zoning; however, staff does support a B-1 zoning.
