Authorizing the City Manager to ratify the execution of legal documents conveying to AEP Texas Inc., a 10-foot-wide easement. Said easements lie wholly within a portion of 18.0357 acres or land, more or less, being out of Abstract 3086, Porcion 29, J. Villarreal, Original Grantee and 14.8491 acres of land, more or less, being out of Abstract 469, Porcion 30, J. F. C. Moreno, Original Grantee, Webb County, Texas. More particularly described by Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of; providing for an effective date.

City of Laredo has agreed to convey said easements to AEP Texas, Inc. for the installation of electric distribution lines to provide power for lighting and cameras along the Chacon Trails and Haynes Recreation Center.
