Consideration to authorize the City Manager to upgrade a five (5) year support service contract with Spare Labs in the total amount of $277,205. This contract is for a web-based support service, for mapping, rider experience, dispatching, operation settings, and scheduling for the El Lift Paratransit Department. This purchase will be made utilizing a 791 Cooperative Purchasing Contract #791202309002. The purchase will be funded through the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Grant Section 5310 Grant TX-2025-107 in the amount of $221,764 with a Local Match of $55,441 80/20. Funding is available in the Transit System Capital Grants Fund and Transit Sales Tax Fund.
