BACKGROUND
This project consists of constructing sidewalks, curb and gutter, brick pavers, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, storm drainage, lighting, electrical, trees and irrigation for five (5) blocks in downtown Laredo along Iturbide Street.
Construction contract time is 180 working days.
A sole bid was received at the City Secretary's office on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 4:00PM which was publicly opened, read and taken advertisement on Friday, August 8th, 2025 at 10:00AM.
