Discussion with possible action regarding the City of Laredo’s compliance with Governor Abbott’s October 8, 2025 Executive Order directing the removal of symbols, flags, or other markings conveying social, political, or ideological messages from public roadways within 30 days, with noncompliance including the withholding or denial of state and federal road funding and suspension of agreements with TxDOT.
