PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION
A Special City Council meeting was held on January 30, 2025 to review the proposed bond referendums recommended by the Bond Referendum Committee and City Management.
BACKGROUND
The Election will be held in the City of Laredo, Texas on May 3, 2025 (Election Day), which is a uniform election date under the Code and is not less than 78 days nor more than 90 days from the date of the adoption of this Ordinance, for the purpose of submitting legal questions and propositions for approval to the qualified voters of the City.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION
A staff report was provided to the City Council on January 28, 2025, which provided the bond referendums proposed by the Bond Referendum Main Committee and City Management.
