A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to accept and enter into a contract amendment from The Women’s Health and Family Planning Association of Texas (WHFPT), d.b.a Every Body Texas Quality Improvement and Access Fund (Part A), for the WHFPT Title X Family Planning Grant in the additional amount of $6,113.57, with no match for the City of Laredo Public Health Department for the term period from April 01, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Funds will be accounted for in the Laredo Public Health Department Fund - WHFPT Title X Family Planning Grant.

BACKGROUND
The Women’s Health and Family Planning Association of Texas continues to contract with the City of Laredo Public Health Department for the Title X Family Planning and Women’s Health Program. Through the Quality Improvement and Access Fund, the Public Health Department is able to provide a variety of family planning methods and to implement quality improvement strategies.
