BACKGROUND
City staff has utilized the professional executive consulting services from SGR for Elected Officials training (July 2022), City Manager(September 2022), Financial Services (March 2023) Director and Police Chief (March 2023) executive recruitment searches.
SGR exists to help local governments become more successful by Recruiting, Assessing, and Developing Innovative, Collaborative, and Authentic leaders. SGR was incorporated in Texas in 2002 with the mission to facilitate innovative leadership in local government. SGR’s Core Values are Customer Service, Integrity, Philanthropy, Continuous Improvement, Agility, Collaboration, Protecting Relationships, and the Golden Rule. It is a full-service firm, specialize in executive recruitment, interim placements, online training, onsite training, leadership development, psychometric assessments, strategic visioning retreats, one-on-one employee coaching and other consulting services.
The period of services will commence on October 21, 2024 through April 21, 2025.
