BACKGROUND
Currently, the City Council agenda includes standing items for reports from both the Internal Auditor and the Utilities Department at every regular meeting. After a review of the structure and frequency of these reports, it has been determined that such items may no longer need to be presented on a standing basis at every meeting. Removing these items will streamline the council’s regular agenda while still allowing reports to be provided as needed or upon request by the City Council.
