BACKGROUND
This project consists of constructing a fleet annex repair shop, approximately 7,300 sf in size. The shop includes 4 large vehicle repair bays, 1 small vehicle repair bay, 1 storage bay, a cubicle area, a private office, an employee lounge, a restroom, and a storage mezzanine. Site work includes regrading, retaining walls, new pavement areas, and parking spaces. Alternates are listed on sheet AS-000 and include a truck parking canopy and additional heavy-duty pavement area. Construction contract time for the project is three hundred and four (304) Calendar days.
A total of (2) bids were received at the City Secretary’s office on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. which were publicly opened, read and taken advertisement on Friday, August 16, 2024 at 11:00 A.M.
