BACKGROUND

The west high service pump and 30-inch to 36-inch discharge line project at Jefferson WTP was advertised for public bid on July 14th and July 21st. Bids were closed on August 14, 2024 and opened on August 15, 2024. The consulting engineer for the project, Binkley & Barfield, Inc., evaluated the bids and recommends awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive bidder RAVA Construction, LLC in the amount of $11,650,000.00
