The feasibility study trends will address greater potential including metrics improving connectivity, safety, and mobility; improving travel time and reduce travel time cost, improving freight movement; increasing access to markets for energy and agricultural products; alleviating congestion and improving reliability; facilitating the flow of goods and international trade; creating jobs and economic opportunities; and increasing and expanding the local tax base and states sales revenues, than historically used metrics.
