Toro Automotive LLC., Laredo, Texas in an annual amount up to $135,000.00 and $405,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; 3). Glz Auto Services, Laredo, Texas in an annual amount up to $75,000.00 and $225,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. All services will be secured on an as needed basis. This contract can be renewed three additional one-year extension periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties.
