This service is needed in order to comply with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations and guidelines to properly dispose of freon by certified technicians. The term of this contract shall be for a period of two (2) years and may be extended for an additional two (2) year period, upon mutual agreement of both parties and contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds.
