An additional $80,000.00 is anticipated to be received in Housing Rehabilitation Revolving Loan Funds, $100,000.00 in Program Income (PI) to fund the Section 108 Loan Repayment, and $150,000.00 in HOME Program Income. Also authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents as a result of the Plan’s submission. The plan identifies the projects proposed to be funded by HUD through entitlement program funds and anticipated program income, which are as follows:
