This vendor will be authorized to do minor repairs and/or replace parts that may be required to meet the State of Texas Safety Inspection Standards. All minor repairs shall not exceed $125.00 for Non-DOT and $350.00 for DOT fleet vehicles. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution.
