Martinez, Jr., DBA Gold Shield Consulting, LLC for the purpose of providing professional services as the Program Administrator for the Texas Anti-Gang (TAG) Center. The award of this contract is contingent on grant funding. The term of this agreement shall be for a period of two years beginning September 1, 2026, and continuing until August 31, 2028, in the amount of $287,731.99 and with each year of the agreement constituting a Fiscal Year. The first year of the agreement will run from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, in the amount of $140,357.07 contingent on grant award for Fiscal Year 2027. The second year will run from September 1, 2027, through August 31, 2028, in the amount of $147,374.92 contingent on grant award for Fiscal Year 2028. Thereafter, this contract may be renewed, contingent on funding availability and both parties agreeing to enter into a new contract.
