This contract establishes pricing for medium-size to heavy truck wash services for the Fleet Department. The term of the contract shall be for period of one year as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This contract can be renewed one additional one-year period upon mutual agreement of the parties.
