Rosales of the Laredo Police Department, who successfully graduated from the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, as part of the program’s 297th session. Rosales was among 252 law enforcement officers selected to attend the 10-week academy, which provides advanced training in leadership, communication, and physical fitness.
