The total contract value (2 years and 5 months) shall not exceed $230,000.00. The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on April 21, 2026, and shall continue through September 30, 2026, to complete the City’s Fiscal Year 2025-2026. This Agreement may be renewed for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms, beginning October 1, 2026, upon mutual written agreement of both parties and subject to the availability of appropriated funds.
