This contract is based on the unit costs of measured areas in square feet and linear measurements in feet, and includes the cost of a licensed irrigator, plus a contingency fund to cover miscellaneous landscaping components including, but not limited to replacing individual trees, mulch, various plantings, and other landscaping appurtenances. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution. There was no price increase during the last extension period.
